Example: Results of fully Public restriced access in

Access panel

The Access panel in Admin >> Setup >> General Settings

For these example pages, all settings in the panel are set to gain minimum public view.

In Admin >> Trees
you can disallow public visitors and logged in users to download GEDCOMs and create PDF files.
Logged in users on this site are allowed to download GEDCOM files
and are allowed to create PDF files:

for the sake of these examples.
Compare to the corresponding settings for the public visitor
(log in for Notes, hide Gedcom tab, hide PDF selections)
in the Access panel above.
If no one should be allowed to download Gedcoms and/or create PDF files;
check the corresponding box(es).

In Admin >> Setup >> General Settings >> Site Design and Definitions
you can select to show the Share, Print and Bookmark icons.
Logged in users on this site are allowed to see the Share, Print and Bookmark icons:

for the sake of these examples.
Compare to the corresponding settings for the public visitor
in the Access panel above.
If no one should see some icon(s), set the corresponding DD(s) to No.
